At the tip of a peninsula in South Corsica, Villa LD opens onto an exceptional panorama between sea and mountains.
At the origin of this villa, a building from the 1980’s completely renovated. The challenge of this renovation: to integrate the building while opening it wide to the magnificent view. For this purpose, the living areas have been set up on the upper level of the villa.
The creation of the roof terraces and the installation of a 9m15 long glass wall make the interior/exterior boundary disappear and make it possible to enjoy the 270° view.
Handmade Saint Florent stone work, red cedar wood and a garden of scrubland species create a perfect integration of the villa in the surrounding nature.
The night areas, the office and the summer kitchen are located on the garden level, under the terraces. The swimming pool has a mobile deck that allows the pool to be fully covered and the terrace area to be enlarged.
